教学课程	现讲授“动物行为与福利”、“家禽行为与福利专题”、“现代家禽生产与管理实践”。曾经讲授多年“养禽学”、“畜牧”、“珍禽学”、“珍禽观赏利用”、“养殖案例分析”等课程。在禽类的饲养管理、行为与福利方面积累了丰富的经验，懂得如何善待它们，并以此提升禽业和人的福利。

在近 30 年与禽类打交道的过程中，我深感只有产业兴旺才能增强国家竞争力，而产业兴旺离不开科技助推。根据自身特长与兴趣，顺应科技兴农的时代要求，本人积极投身科技服务工作，在四川雅安、巴中、南溪、华蓥、宜宾、筠连、兴文、浙江的江山、平阳和兰溪等进行了家禽的品种保护与繁育、福利化饲养管理及圈舍设计等科技服务活动。我还参与了 2020 年“中国肉鸡福利标准”的起草，并受全球食品合作伙伴邀请，于 2022 年加入其科学咨询委员会，支持亚洲各地的无笼鸡蛋采购和生产。 2022 年，我成为了国际农场动物福利人才计划(IFAWF)的成员，并定期参加相关活动，在那里她认识了许多志同道合的伙伴，获得了很多灵感和资源，可以提升家禽（鸡）的生活状况，助力我国畜牧业

的高质量发展，助力全球生命共同体的建设。

In nearly 30 years of working with poultry, I have deeply

convinced that a country's competitiveness can only be enhanced

by industrial prosperity, and the industry can't thrive without

science and technology. According to my own expertise and

interests, in accordance with the calling for rural revitalization, I

actively devote myself to scientific and technological services

related with poultry breed protection and breeding, welfare

management and enclosure design in many places in Sichuan

and Zhejiang provinces. I also participated in the drafting of

"welfare standards for broilers in China" in 2020 and invited by Global Food Partners to join their Scientific Advisory Committee in 2022 to support cage-free egg procurement and production throughout Asia. Furthermore, in 2022, I became a member of

the International Farm Animal Welfare Fellowship (IFAWF)

Program and actively engaged in related work. Through this

program, I met many like-minded partners, gained a lot of

inspiration and resources to improve the living conditions of

poultry (chickens), contribute to the high-quality development of

animal husbandry in our country, and promoting the

establishment of a global life community.
